Insert the Unifying receiver into an available USB port on your laptop. For desktops, use the USB adapter if your USB ports are on the back of your computer tower. Insert the Unifying receiver into the USB adapter.

For Logitech wireless keyboards with a PS/2 adapter and cable, insert the connection cable with the PS/2 adapter attached into the PS/2 port on the back of your desktop tower. Place the wireless receiver at least eight inches away from any electrical devices. Note that these keyboard models do not use the Unifying receiver.
